Asha Anandhan is the Founder of Smile Sync Solutions, a Corporate Trainer, Human Resources Professional, Certified POSH & POCSO Trainer, Psychologist and Counselor.
With over 10 years of diverse experience, she has worked with individuals, educational institutions and organizations to strengthen skills, confidence, workplace culture and personal and professional development.
She previously served as the CEO of a finance company, building strong experience in business leadership, strategic planning, team management and operational excellence.
Her approach to counseling is empathetic, practical and solution-oriented, with services offered through both online and offline platforms.
